The Position
You will provide post-sales technical support to customers both on- and offsite. You will also be involved in hotline service, handling customer issues and define the appropriate service activity. This includes the escalation of complex technical situations to the product development team. In addition to these primary responsibilities, you will also be a part of the test team to carry out product quality test under different environment situations according to test plans. You will participate in developing these test plans and monitoring their efficiency. You will apply real product situations from your customers to simulate for product quality enhancement.

The Candidate
You have a Higher or Advance Diploma in Engineering (Computer or Telecommunication) or equivalent business experience.

You have working knowledge in IP network configuration and administration as well as strong operating system skills. Working experience in IT Security, Firewalls and Virtual Private Network is preferred. Programming experience in C, C++ is an advantage.
