CE-Infosys is a successful international IT Security manufacturer with locations in Germany, U.A.E. and Singapore. We develop and manufacture complex PC and Network security products. Our customers are international Banks, Insurance companies, high tech industries and governments.

The Position
This is a lead position with exciting career opportunity for growth within the company in the region. As Pre-Sales Support Engineer you will provide detailed technical support, assist the Sales Manager in giving technical presentations and product evaluations. For customer specific requirements, you will coordinate the activities among the development teams located in Asia and Europe. You will also lead and manage the implementation of solutions during the rollout phase, conduct training to customer personnel from time to time. You will need to work closely with the sales and product development teams. You will be responsible for customer base in the Middle East region.

The Candidate
You have a Degree in Electronics (Computer Engineering) or equivalent industry experience. Working experience in IT Security, Firewalls and VPN is essential. A comprehensive understanding of PC internals, IP networks and security technologies is also pre-requisites for this career opportunity. Must be excellent in Arabic and English language, both spoken and written. Fluency in other language skills is also an advantage. You are willing to travel within the region and have great passion about IT.
